Article Submission Guidelines

We’re excited to have you contribute to Poppin. To ensure high-quality content and a smooth submission process, please follow these guidelines.

1. Content Guidelines

Articles must be related to P-Pop, including news, updates, reviews, or fan experiences. Content such as news, factual updates, and industry insights should be based on credible sources and properly credited. However, personal fan experiences, opinions, and creative content do not require sources. All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Keep your writing engaging and well-structured, with a clear introduction, main content, and conclusion. Additionally, we do not allow hate speech, offensive language, or harmful content, as we strive to maintain a positive and supportive community.

2. Submission Process

To submit an article, send it as a Google Doc or Word file to hey@global.poppin. If your article includes images, make sure they are either copyright-free or properly credited. Once submitted, our team will review and fact-check your article before publishing it.

3. Author Profiles

Each author will have their own contributor profile, which will appear alongside their published articles. This profile allows readers to learn more about you and your connection to P-Pop.

To create your author profile, please provide the following information:

  • Your Name – This can be your real name or a display name.
  • What got you into P-Pop? – Share how you discovered P-Pop and what sparked your interest.
  • What made you stay? – Explain what keeps you engaged and passionate about the genre.
  • What are you doing this for? – Let us know your motivation for writing and contributing to the P-Pop community.
  • Social Media Links (optional) – Include links to your social media profiles if you’d like readers to connect with you.
4. Formatting Guidelines

Please keep article titles clear and engaging. Use proper grammar and spelling, and structure your paragraphs so they are short and easy to read. If you reference external sources for news or factual content, provide links at the end of your article.

5. Publishing & Credit

Articles will be published under your name, allowing you to use them as part of your writing portfolio. Our team may edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and accuracy while maintaining your original voice. You will be notified once your article is live on the platform.
