Maloi is a powerhouse vocalist known for her expressive tone, vocal control, and emotional delivery. Her passion for music began at an early age, and she cultivated her talent through years of choral training and school competitions. With her sweet yet commanding voice, she has become one of BINI’s vocal anchors. Offstage, Maloi is known for her kindness, faith, and strong sense of community, which she expresses through outreach and volunteer work.

Early Life

Born in Lemery, Batangas, Maloi is one of four siblings. Her family later moved to General Trias, Cavite, where she continued her studies and extracurricular pursuits. She began singing at the age of three and actively participated in swimming and badminton varsity teams, school chorales, and as a majorette.

She was part of the school chorale group that represented the Philippines and won three gold medals at a choral competition in Malaysia in 2018. For her senior high school, she studied at Japan Philippine Institute of Technology in Bulacan as a scholar and graduated in 2024 alongside fellow BINI member Colet.

Career Highlights

Pre-Debut & Training

  • Auditioned for Star Hunt Academy (SHA) in Laguna in 2018.
  • Officially selected as a trainee in early 2019.
  • Graduated as one of the final eight SHA Girl Trainees on October 10, 2020.
  • Officially introduced as a member of BINI in November 2020.

With BINI

  • Debut Date: June 11, 2021
  • Recognized for her vocal strength and stability during live performances.
  • Co-wrote “Kinikilig,” one of BINI’s standout tracks from 2021.
  • Participated in the Samsung Galaxy AI Festival in 2024.

Acting & Media Appearances

  • Starred in Rob Deniel’s 2023 music video RomCom, recreating scenes from A Very Special Love.
  • Featured in Maki’s 2024 music video Dilaw, expanding her presence in the OPM scene.
  • Released her first OST track Here With You with Gwen Apuli for What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim? in 2024.

Philanthropy

  • In December 2024, Maloi led a holiday outreach program in Tondo, Manila alongside her fans. The initiative provided supplies and care to children at a local facility—marking her first fan-led charitable event and showcasing her commitment to giving back.
