Pablo is the leader, main rapper, and lead vocalist of SB19, known for his sharp lyricism, emotional delivery, and visionary leadership. As the group’s chief songwriter and co-producer, he plays a central role in shaping SB19’s sound and message. Grounded and introspective, Pablo is admired for his deep thoughts, humility, and dedication to the craft. He is also the CEO of 1Z Entertainment, the company built and run by SB19 themselves, reinforcing his status as a pioneering figure in P-pop.

Early Life

Pablo was born in Imus, Cavite, and is the second of five siblings. He was a varsity basketball player in high school and pursued a degree in English at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. To support himself, he worked as a call center agent during college and later as a data analyst in Makati. Despite his reserved nature, he quietly nurtured a passion for music and performing, which eventually led him to audition for ShowBT Philippines in 2016.

Pre-Debut & Training

  • Auditioned for ShowBT Philippines in 2016 after meeting a Korean trainer at a musical.

  • Became the first official trainee for the future SB19 lineup, joining the NARRA trainee group.

  • Trained under the Korean idol system, with weekly evaluations and rigorous routines.

  • Debut Date: October 26, 2018

  • Debuted as SB19’s leader with the single “Tilaluha,” which he wrote himself.

  • Wrote and co-produced most of SB19’s music, including key singles like “Go Up,” “Alab (Burning),” and the entire Get in the Zone album (2020).

  • Led the production and songwriting for SB19’s Pagsibol EP (2021), which included hits like “MAPA” and “What?”

  • Known for his lyrical depth, Pablo often incorporates themes of identity, resilience, and growth in his work.

Other Ventures
