The Cultural Center of the Philippines’ PASINAYA is famous for being a giant tasting menu of Filipino art. You can watch a short film, try a folk dance workshop, and catch a theater play all in one afternoon. This year, the festival is keeping things fresh by bringing back the fast-rising P-Pop group 6ENSE to the stage.

Having 6ENSE perform at the Aliw Theater on February 8 is a great move for the festival. It shows that the CCP recognizes P-Pop as a vibrant part of our modern culture. They are taking their place alongside a diverse set of legendary artists, proving that the energy of idol culture fits perfectly within the theme of creating the future.

You can catch 6ENSE along with an incredible lineup at the Aliw Theater. The morning kicks off with LNHS Voice Chorale, Bayanihan, Acts Manila, Banda 46 Carmona, and Maquiling Ballet “Asynchronous Mode.” The momentum continues into the afternoon and evening with performances by the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, Philippine Suzuki Orchestra, Manila Symphony Junior Orchestra, Ballet Manila, Philippine Ballet Theater “Sarimanok,” and the Manila Symphony Suzuki Orchestra.

From 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, 6ENSE will show the Pasinaya crowd the artistry and hard work that defines the P-Pop genre. It is a win for the festival to have such high-octane talent in the mix, and a win for fans who get to see their favorites in a space that honors all kinds of Filipino creativity.

Whether you are there for the classical orchestras or the modern vibes, 6ENSE is a reminder that our local art scene is evolving and more vibrant than ever.
