The wait is officially over. The University of Santo Tomas has pulled back the curtain on the 2025 Paskuhan Concert lineup, turning weeks of campus rumors into confirmed reality. As we prepare to gather at the Open Field on December 19, the university has curated a roster that balances student pride with the biggest names in the local music industry.

Here is the official breakdown of the performers, the theme, and the grand finale.

The Theme: Light Among Us, Hope Through Us

This year’s celebration centers on the concept of Thomasians as “prisms” of faith and integrity. The theme, “Light Among Us, Hope Through Us,” is reflected in the campus-wide decorations featuring crystal-like shards and neon geometric polygons. The visual identity of the event is bold and modern, designed to transform the university into a beacon of light for the holidays.

The Homegrown Talent: Tunog Tomasino

The concert kicks off with the winners of the Tunog Tomasino competition. These student acts represent the heartbeat of the campus music scene and are tasked with setting the energy for the thousands in attendance.

  • Golf and Sunsets: This indie-alternative group is the most anticipated student act of the year. Their sound is a blend of nostalgia and modern warmth, making them the perfect choice for the afternoon set.
  • Csig: Bringing a sharp, socially-conscious edge to the stage. Known for their grit and powerful OPM covers, they provide the rock-heavy backbone of the opening segment.
  • Opmium: Rounding out the student lineup, this high-energy ensemble from the Faculty of Engineering and AMV College of Accountancy is set to bring the volume and get the crowd moving.

The Official Headliners

The university has confirmed a heavy-hitting mix of pop icons and alternative favorites to headline the main stage.

  • BINI: It is official—the Nation’s Girl Group will be taking the stage at España. Given their massive year, their performance is expected to be the most high-energy moment of the night, drawing “Blooms” from every college.
  • Ben&Ben: The most requested act for 2025 is officially returning. Their setlist is expected to be a massive emotional journey, perfect for the cool December night on the field.
  • Zack Tabudlo: A mainstay of contemporary OPM, Zack Tabudlo is confirmed to bring his signature soulful hits. Expect a massive sing-along as the night deepens.
  • Amiel Sol and Rob Deniel: These rising stars are set to bring the smooth R&B and retro-pop vibes that perfectly complement the colorful, prism-inspired aesthetic of the 2025 festivities.

The Grand Finale: An Elemental Pyromusical

The event will culminate in the traditional Grand Fireworks Display at 9:00 PM. This year’s pyromusical is a departure from the traditional, leaning heavily into pop-culture fantasy.

Inspired by the world of Encantadia and the aesthetic of K-Pop Demon Hunters, the nine-minute display will feature “elemental” pyrotechnics. The sky will be painted in vibrant reds, blues, and greens, all synchronized to a high-octane soundtrack. It is designed to be a visual representation of Thomasian belongingness—a final explosive moment of unity for the community.

The Verdict

With the lineup now set in stone, Paskuhan 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most diverse and high-production concerts in the university’s history. From the grassroots talent of Tunog Tomasino to the global appeal of BINI and the anthemic sounds of Ben&Ben, the celebration is a literal reflection of the “Light Among Us” theme.
